This Department is engaged in drafting all contracts and agreements of all types (civil, commercial and administrative), whether with individuals or companies at domestically and internationally level, including its review,negotiatingits terms andclauses with third parties ,providing solutions and legal proposals on what impede its implementation, and claim rights arising there from through all legitimate means, in light of the decisions of the local laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the new enacted laws following the Kingdom’s accession to the World trade Organization we set hereunder some of these contracts

In light of adopting arbitration mechanism as a method to resolve many disputes, we sought to attracta number of accredited arbitrators in all disciplines as registered with the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia,to be members of this Department, either as full-time or part-timemembers, to deal with the arbitration proceedings inside and outside the Kingdom, either in Arabic or foreign languages. The teamhas managed to deal with many casesfiledlocally and internationallyin connection with real estate, civil and commercial disputes, and in light of new amendments to the new Saudi Arbitration Law, issued in 1433H, by inclusion of new package of advantages that have been put into action in arbitration disputes, and the new types of arbitrations, such as, Ad-hoc arbitration, institutional arbitration, domestic, foreign and international arbitration. In addition, the new Saudi Arbitration Law has taken into considerationthe law by which the arbitration will be governed in accordance with the choice of the contending parties, on condition of not violating theprovisions of Islamic Law and the international conventions to which Saudi Arabia is a party. This also applies to arbitrationthrough organization or permanent arbitration commissions, or arbitration centers outside the Kingdom, such as theGCC Arbitration Centre in Bahrain, the International Islamic Center for Reconciliation and Arbitration in Dubai, the Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris or the London Court of International Arbitration.
This Department is responsible to document successful cases and follow-up judicial rulings in an electronic library as a legal reference to be used by lawyers and staff working in the judiciary field as well.
President of Alsaif Law Firm; Mubarak Ayed Alsaif has been appointed by the Minister of Justice by virtue of his decision number 231/37 dated 1/8/1437H, to be one of the notaries vested with the administrative legal authority of notarization as per the Notary Public By-Laws, and shall be under the subordination of the First Notary Public in Riyadh in discharging his responsibilities.
